Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Her father Sergey (d. 2019) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born on 5 May, 1998 in Minsk Belarus. Her twelve WTA singles titles include one Grand Slam, the 2023 Australian Open. As a doubles specialist She also took home both the US Open of 2019 as and her first Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. Then she also won the Sunshine Double in 2019, winning in the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open with Elise Mertens. Only four teams in women's Doubles were able to pull off.
